Tasks
Action items extracted automatically from your knowledge.
Serpaix Tasks are not a separate to-do app. They are action items extracted automatically from your notes, meeting recordings, and AI chat — connected to the context that created them.
The Problem
Action items from meetings and conversations get lost. You take a note, someone says 'we should do X', and it disappears into the note without becoming a tracked task. Context-disconnected task apps make it worse — tasks float without any reference to why they exist.
The Solution
AI-powered task extraction from any note or meeting recording. Tasks are bi-directionally linked to the source note — click a task to see exactly where it came from. Due dates, assignments, priorities, recurrence. Pipes automation creates tasks from cron triggers. Export to Jira, Linear, and Notion via webhook.
Key benefits
AI extracts tasks from meeting notes automatically — no manual entry
Every task is linked to the source note it came from
Due dates, priorities, assignees, and recurring tasks
Pipes create tasks automatically from cron triggers and LLM reasoning
Export to Jira, Linear, and Notion via webhook integration
Ask AI 'what are my open tasks about X?' and get a cited answer
Technical Depth
Task extraction uses a fine-tuned instruction-following LLM prompt trained on meeting note patterns. Extracted tasks include the source passage, speaker attribution (for meeting recordings), and a confidence score. Bi-directional link stored as a foreign key to the source note ID. Recurring tasks implemented with RRULE (RFC 5545) cron syntax.
